How do I know if my order was successful? After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours at support@classyet.com. After processing starts, changes may not be possible.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times are: Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days Express Shipping: 5–8 business days

Do you ship internationally? At this time, we ship only within the United States.

How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do? Check your tracking info first. If it’s delayed or lost, contact us at support@classyet.com with your order number and we will help you right away.
