How can I place an order?

How do I know if my order was successful?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours at support@classyet.com. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

How long does shipping take?

Order Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

Delivery Time: 7–12 business days
We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Classyet ships only within the United States.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

My package hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?

First, check your tracking information. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at support@classyet.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.

When will I receive my refund?
